How do I purchase NCLEX V2 Trainer?

Simply navigate to the NCLEX V2 Trainer page and select your curriculum level either RN or PN

How does the subcription renewal work?

Standard enrollment is a 30 or 90-day subscription with automatic 30-day renewal after the initial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty using your account settings in your NCLEX V2 Training Account.

How do I cancel the Virtual Trainer subscription/ renewal?

Do I receive a letter of completion?

Some state Boards of Nursing (BON) require students that have taken NCLEX multiple times to take a state approved remedial course, secondary review, or provide a letter of completion. While this is not the case for most boards, it is important to check with your direct BON to determine your specific needs. The NCLEX Virtual Trainer does provide a certificate at completion that can be printed at your request.

Can I save NCLEX Virtual Trainer content to my computer?

The video lectures, homework, and practice exams of the NCLEX Virtual Trainer can not be downloaded or saved to your computer. However during your course you will be provided with PDF files that can be downloaded and printed to your computer.

What are the system / device / network requirements?

The NCLEX Virtual Trainer is fully compatible across all common computing and mobile devices including: desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones with modern browsers. No additional plugins or custom software installation is necessary. The minimum and recommended “System Requirements” may change minimally as needed as browsers, operating systems and application updates are made.

The Virtual Trainer subscriptions require an active internet connection. At this time, our interactive products are not available offline.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses. However, additional fees and the price of customs will be charged to the student at the time of delivery. These charges are unique to each country and are not covered by ReMar. 

How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped out, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Just copy the tracking number and go to the USPS, DHL, or UPS website, depending on who shipped your package, and enter in your tracking number for an update.

I placed an order with the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

As soon as you can, call our Customer Service Department at support@remarreview.com and they will be able to help you. Once the order has shipped you will be responsible for re-delivery charges.

Do I need to sign for my package?

The supplemental NCLEX V2 Trainer materials do require a signature for delivery. However, international students may have to pay customs fees before receiving their package.

We ship Monday through Friday. We don’t ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

Products and services by ReMar Review are non-refundable.

Provisions can be made for an equal exchange for replacement services where an emailed request is made within 10-days of receiving a purchased product.

Return of non-deliverable and unused orders will be considered a cancelation and subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% if the customer no longer wishes to receive the purchased product. Shipping charges incurred will be deducted from any returned funds. 

Live review classes may be canceled at the sole discretion of ReMar Review for NCLEX without advanced notice due to emergency situations. In the event of cancelation of a Live NCLEX Review students will receive fifteen days of online access for each day canceled.
